Greython Construction has been selected to act as general contractor to renovate the residential units at the Torrey Villas Apartments Community in Carmel Valley, CA. The North San Diego County project includes the interior demolition and reconstruction of the unit interiors including flooring, appliances, cabinets, countertops, drywall, paint, framing, paint, drywall, electrical, plumbing and fixtures. The residential units will be renovated in an occupied apartment community.
