Greython Construction has been selected to act as construction manager for a major electrical panel upgrade project at Winwood Glen Apartment Community in Irvine, CA. The project scope will include replacement of all breakers and subpanels along with drywall and paint repairs. The work will be done in occupied apartment homes adding to the complexity of the overall execution. The project is expected to be completed in 3 months and will continue Greython’s expanding presence as a premier renovation repair contractor in California.
