Greython Construction has been selected to act as construction manager for a major appliance upgrade project at the Seascape Apartments in Carlsbad, CA. The project scope will include replacement of all the washer and dryer combo units along with plumbing modifications and door opening repairs. The work will be done in occupied apartment homes adding to the complexity of the overall execution. The project is expected to be completed in 3 months and will continue Greython’s expanding presence as a premier renovation repair contractor in California.
