The Little Creek project will continue Greython’s expertise in the Hotel renovation market throughout the western United States. The Little Creek project will include an extensive interior guest room renovation including shower replacement, tile, new flooring, wallpaper, paint, lighting, and plumbing improvements. The 98 key project will be constructed on a fast-track schedule while the hotel remains fully operational.
