Greython Construction has been selected to act as construction manager for a major exterior repair and roofing project at Orchard Park Apartment Community in Irvine, CA. The project scope will include replacement of exterior building finishes such as stucco, paint, and gutters. In addition, the owner has elected to make extensive roofing repairs throughout the property. Work also be completed at unit balcony railings, fencing, and concrete flatwork throughout the community. The project is expected to be completed in 10 months and will continue Greython’s expanding presence as a premier renovation repair contractor in California.
