As Construction Manager, Greython will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the developments to ensure they are delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and excellence.
As the first phase of this engagement, Greython Construction India will oversee the development of an 8,500-square-foot state-of-the-art marketing office, complemented by approximately 48,000 square feet of external area development. The project will feature thoughtfully designed landscaping, hardscaping, pedestrian walkways, parking facilities, outdoor seating areas, and premium exterior finishes, creating an inviting environment for prospective homeowners and visitors. The marketing office will serve as the flagship sales and experience center for Leo Pride Developers’ upcoming residential communities.
