Greython Construction has been selected to act as general contractor for the conversion of a 16- story office building in San Juan Puerto Rico’s financial district. The 280,000 square foot historic 1960 structure will be converted to a Marriott Autograph Hotel and branded residence.
The finished building will be comprised of 3 floors of structured hotel parking, 168 boutique hotel rooms covering seven floors, and 32 luxury condominiums on the upper four floors. The development will also include multiple amenity spaces, high end restaurants, and a rooftop deck with fine dining and a pool deck overlooking San Juan’s dynamic financial district.
Selective demolition work has commenced, and construction will include the complete reconstruction of interior and exterior space, MEPF systems, new elevators, and exterior curtainwalls and facades.
