Greython Construction has been selected to act as construction manager for a major exterior repair and renovation project at Woodbridge Oaks Apartment Community in Irvine, CA. The project scope will include replacement of the existing exterior siding, trim, and stucco along with waterproofing and framing repairs. In addition, the owner has elected to replace all the windows and sliders throughout the property. The leasing office and laundry buildings are also included in the overall scope. The project is expected to be completed in 11 months and will continue Greython’s expanding presence as a premier exterior repair contractor in California.
