The property owner is taking advantage of San Diego’s landmark density bonus program called Complete Communities which allows property owners to add much needed housing stock without going through a lengthy entitlement process. Designed by AC Martin and being developed by Streamline Development, the Clairemont Apartments will feature a secure parking garage, courtyard, roof deck, and amenity space. The construction will commence on December 1, 2024.
