The project will consist of ground up new construction and will include 137 apartment units, pool and spa, dog park, leasing office, co-working space, fitness, and retail space. Construction of The Hill will also include offsite improvements, including a new traffic signal, to Red Hill Avenue, a major through fare in Tustin. The project will transform a long-standing vacant piece of land into a thriving mixed use development with retail storefront on one of the busiest streets in Orange County. The fast-tracked schedule will allow Greython to complete the project in just 18 months and give the owner the ability to start pre-leasing units in early 2025. Construction is expected to commence in July 2023.
