Greython Construction has been selected to act as the Construction Manager to complete the project known as “Paradise Apartments” in National City, CA. The project will consist of 136 apartment units and include a large rooftop terrace, leasing office, co-working space, fitness, and retail space. The site is approximately 70% complete and Greython will be tasked with finishing the incomplete development. Greython will first evaluate the existing condition of the building, create quantity surveys, develop the anticipated schedule and construction budget. Construction will include off-site improvements, wet and dry utilities, completion of the MEP systems, interior and exterior finishes, elevators, and landscaping. The restart of construction is expected to commence in August 2023.
