Phase 1 will consist of the ground-up construction of an inland man-made lagoon complex, a retail village, multiple food and beverage outlets, pool cabanas, support and associated infrastructure facilities, utilities, wastewater treatment, reverse osmosis plant, associated access roadway, site improvement works, and extensive landscaping and hardscape. Additionally, the project will include a beach club, beachfront attractions, a welcome plaza for cruise ship guests, and other amenities. In total, 238 buildings will be constructed in addition to the extensive pools, water parks, and hardscape.
