2,100 Square foot restaurant and bar construction. The project scope included the complete demolition and reconstruction of existing resort areas into a five-star restaurant and bar. The work included demolition, framing, masonry, structural concrete, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing improvements, new kitchen equipment, back of house, millwork, tile, fixtures, and finishes.
