The scope of work includes interior demolition and reconstruction of the hotel rooms, corridors, and amenity spaces and the installation of new finishes including carpentry, drywall, plaster, flooring, wall finishes, and plumbing and electrical fixtures. Work is scheduled to commence immediately and will be completed on a fast track basis by early Summer 2023.
