Greython Construction was selected to act as general contractor to renovate residential units at the Shadow Oaks Apartment Homes in Irvine, CA. The Orange County California project included the full interior demolition and extensive reconstruction of the existing residential units. All finishes were replaced, and renovations included the living areas, bathrooms, and kitchens. The select apartment homes were renovated over time in an occupied community.
