Greython Construction Company of Puerto Rico is pleased to announce that we have been selected to act as the pre-construction manager for the Hard Rock Hotel, Casino, and Residences in Old San, Juan Puerto Rico. This inspiring 1.6 million square foot ground up project will contain 473 hotel rooms, 285 luxury residences, multiple food and beverage outlets, retail, entertainment venues, aquatics, elevated pool decks, and a 1,300 space structured parking garage. The casino will boast 650 slot machines, 36 table games and a sportsbook venue integrated into the casino floor. Guests can enjoy multiple pools, retail and entertainment amenities and will have five food and beverage venues to choose from. The project will also contain a convention center to accommodate large events and trade shows. Construction is scheduled to break ground December, 2025.
