Greython Construction was selected to act as general contractor to renovate the remaining residential units at the Harbor View Apartment Homes in San Diego CA. The project was located in busy downtown San Diego across from the San Diego Harbor. The project included the gut renovation of existing residential units including the addition of new kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, finishes, and living areas throughout the apartments. The renovation occurred in a phased approach while the remaining building was occupied.
