The project which is located at the corner of Clairemont Dr and Clairemont Mesa Blvd will consist of 38 new apartment units above a one- story podium parking garage. The property owner is taking advantage of San Diego’s landmark density bonus program called Complete Communities which allows property owners to add much needed housing stock without going through a lengthy entitlement process. Designed by AC Martin and developed by Streamline Development, the Clairemont Apartments will feature a secure parking garage, 2 courtyards, and an interior amenity space.
