Greython Construction is proud to announce that we have been selected by HVN Development to act as General Contractor for the Brynhurst Apartment project in Los Angeles, CA. The project, which is located at 5749 Brynhurst Ave, will consist of 53 new apartment homes in the vibrant Baldwin Hills neighborhood. The project is slab on grade, ground up construction of 37,318 square feet and includes demo, grading, wet and dry utilities, hardscape, and landscaping packages. The modern exterior features extensive Hardy siding in a variety of directions and patterns to give the building a distinct architectural look. HVN is committed to identifying innovative solutions to ease California’s housing challenges by increasing the affordable housing supply and we are honored to be a part of their mission.
Construction schedule is 16 months and will commence on October 20, 2025.
