Greython Construction is proud to announce that they have completed the “Below Deck” Project at The Ocean House located in Watch Hill Rhode Island. The project scope included an interior fit-out and exterior construction of a new gelato, candy, and pastry shop, retail store, and theater. Work included demolition of the interior space, masonry, millwork, lighting, mechanical, and high end finishes. We were able to complete this project in 90 days.
