This notice is being provided as a result of the filing of an application for permanent alien labor certification for the position of:

Job Description and Duties:
A Commercial Manager in construction is responsible for overseeing all financial and
contractual aspects of a project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profit optimization. The role
involves:

  • Working closely with project teams, suppliers, and clients to develop budgets
  • Controlling expenses and managing financial risks
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Monitoring progress against established budgets
  • Analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions
  • Liaising with stakeholders to resolve disputes, approve variations, and maintain
    productive relationships
  • Providing leadership to quantity surveyors and other commercial staff
  • Guiding the preparation of valuations and forecasts to maintain profitable operations
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
  • Frequent national travel within the U.S. depending on project and client needs

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 72 months (6 years) of experience in commercial projects, including national and
    international hospitality experience
  • Possession of any certification pertaining to construction and project management
