Greython Construction has been selected to act as the General Contractor for the ground up construction of a 7500 square foot mixed use retail building in Naugatuck CT. The core and shell building will contain a Chipotle Mexican Grill and Hartford Healthcare clinic. Construction includes demolition of an existing structure, underground wet and dry utilities, excavation, concrete, vertical construction of a stand alone retail structure, MEPF, interior finishes, hardscape and landscaping. The building will be constructed on a fast track basis and completed in just 18 weeks.
