Greython Construction’s California office has been selected by Clairemont Rental Properties to act as the General Contractor for Clairemont Apartment multifamily residential project in San Diego, CA. The project which is located at the corner of Clairemont Dr and Clairemont Mesa Blvd will consist of a newly constructed ground up 38 unit apartment community situated above a one-story podium parking garage. The property owner is taking advantage of San Diego’s landmark density bonus program called Complete Communities which allows property owners to add much needed housing stock without going through a lengthy entitlement process. Designed by AC Martin and being developed by Streamline Development, the Clairemont Apartments will feature a secure parking garage, courtyard, roof deck, and amenity space. The construction will commence on December 1, 2024.
