Greython Construction is proud to announce that we have been selected by HVN Development to act as General Contractor for the Victoria Apartment project in Los Angeles, CA. The project, which is located at 3412 S. Victoria Ave, will consist of 58 new apartment homes in the vibrant Baldwin Hills neighborhood. Due to the property location, the project features a unique raised foundation design toaccommodate stormwater. The 5 story, ground up construction consists of 32,962 s quare feet and includes demo, grading, wet and dry utilities, hardscape, and landscaping packages. The exterior features Hardy siding and a variety of stucco colors to give the building style which will add to the neighborhood’s character. HVN is committed to identifying innovative solutions to ease California’s housing challenges by increasing the affordable housing supply and we are honored to be a part of their mission. Construction schedule is 17 months and will commence on November 10, 2025.
