Greython Construction has been selected to act as construction manager for a major fire sprinkler re-pipe and roofing project at Rancho Mariposa Apartment Community in Tustin, CA. The project scope will include replacement of all existing fire sprinkler pipes and heads along with drywall and paint repairs. In addition, the owner has elected to replace the roofing throughout the property. The work will be done in occupied apartment homes adding to the complexity of the overall execution. The project is expected to be completed in 17 months and will continue Greython’s expanding presence as a premier renovation repair contractor in California.
