Greython Construction has been selected to act as the Pre Construction and Construction Manager for The Hill in Tustin, CA. The project will consist of ground up new construction and will include 137 apartment units, pool and spa, dog park, leasing office, co-working space, fitness, and retail space. Construction of The Hill will also include offsite improvements, including a new traffic signal, to Red Hill Avenue, a major through fare in Tustin. The project will transform a long-standing vacant piece of land into a thriving mixed use development with retail storefront on one of the busiest streets in Orange County. The fast-tracked schedule will allow Greython to complete the project in just 18 months and give the owner the ability to start pre-leasing units in early 2025. Construction is expected to commence in July 2023.
